Enrollment Policies

Enrollment and Payment
- All courses must be booked at least 10 days in advance of their start dates
- Courses are conditioned on enrollment of a minimum of 5 students
- Full payment is due at the time of enrollment via the payment portal on this website and is
not refundable, except as set forth below - Your enrollment will be confirmed via email
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Courses will generally be cancelled if:
- Fewer than 5 students enroll before the scheduled start date
- Instructor is prevented by illness or other unforeseen circumstance from conducting the course
Classes may be cancelled due to circumstances outside of instructor’s control, including but not limited to: failure of the Internet or other utilities, instructor’s illness, and unforeseen emergencies. Missed classes will be rescheduled as promptly as possible.
Refunds
- Payments for courses cancelled by the instructor will be refunded in full. However, the instructor reserves the option to conduct a course with fewer than 5 enrollees
- Payments for courses you want to cancel will be refunded in full if requested at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start of the course
- If cancelled classes cannot be rescheduled, payments will be refunded on a prorated basis
- No refunds will be made to students who miss class for any reason other than death
